Transport and Payment

Shipping options

We use service of Czech post (business package) or mail order service (PPL) for delivery of ordered goods.

 

Personal collection:

Ordered goods can be collected personally in our warehouse on address Žatec, Kadanska 2525, 438 46, Czech Republic

 

Payment in advance (delivery within Czech Republic):

Czech post (max. 3 kg):105,- CZK including VAT

Mail order service (PPL):

- when ordering up to 20 kg: max. 201,- CZK + VAT + toll + fuel additional charge

- above 20 kg: max. 436,- CZK + VAT + toll + fuel additional charge

Additional charges (toll, fuel additional charge) will be calculated according to current price list of transport company. In advance payment pro-forma invoice will be issued to the customer. The goods will be dispatched after payment.

Cash on delivery (only for delivery within the Czech Republic):

Czech post (max. 3 kg):105,- CZK including VAT + cash delivery charge

Mail order service (PPL):

- when ordering up to 20 kg: max. 201 CZK + VAT + toll + fuel additional charge +   

   cash delivery charge

 

- above 20 kg: max. 436 CZK + VAT + toll + fuel additional charge + cash delivery 

  charge

 

Additional charges (toll, fuel additional charge, cash delivery  charge) will be calculatedaccording to current price list of transport company.

For other delivery destinations outside the Czech Republic we only accept the payment in advance.

Transport outside Czech Republic

Mail order service: transport price on request. Calculation will be made according to destination.

Expedition

Czech Republic: expedition to 2 working days after confirmation of order/payment

EU: expedition up to 5 working days after confirmation of order/payment

Outside the EU: on request

 

Packing charges: 120,- CZK; VAT included.
